Camp Summit is seeking dedicated, passionate, and faith-filled volunteers to ensure Camp Summit is a meaningful, prayerful, and fun experience for all the youth attending!

Program Coordinator
The Program Coordinator helps the Program Team develop the theme, song, and patron/ patroness and finds the speakers and emcees. They also work with the Activities Lead to provide consistency in all camp activities to the theme. The Program Coordinator may also work with the Environment Lead to communicate the theme, work with the band on song choices, etc.
Program Team Member
The Program Team helps develop the theme, song, and patron/patroness and finds the speakers and emcees. Adult Coordinator
The Adult Coordinator functions as a point person for all group leaders, chaperones, and volunteers at Camp Summit. They will lead daily chaperone meetings to communicate needs, run through the schedule, answer questions, pray with the chaperones, and facilitate discussion. Make sure volunteers are being supported, welcomed, given clear direction during camp.
Activities Lead
Activity leaders are responsible for creating an engaging and welcoming atmosphere for campers at Camp Summit. You will help lead large group games, impromptu entertainment, and direct chaperones to help lead activities throughout the week.
Liaison between all the seminarians and the Camp Director. This lead will coordinate with his brother seminarians to provide spiritual, logistical, and liturgical support for Camp Summit.
Seminarian & Liturgy Lead
Emcee Team
Emcees are responsible for creating an engaging and welcoming atmosphere for campers from the stage and Camp Summit. Emcees provide entertainment, direction, transitions, and introductions throughout the entire week and must be excellent public speakers.

Fiat Team Coordinator
The Fiat Team is a group of 20-40 high school youth dedicated to mentoring and supporting the campers at Camp Summit through prayer sessions, small groups, activities, and more. This role assistants Coordinates and leads the Fiat Support Team during and before the training weekend and throughout camp by helping lead, teach, pray for, and work with all the Fiat Team youth.
Fiat Support Team
The Fiat Team is a group of 20-40 high school youth dedicated to mentoring and supporting the campers at Camp Summit through prayer sessions, small groups, activities, and more. This role assistants the Fiat Team Coordinator during the training weekend and throughout camp by helping lead, teach, pray for, and work with all the Fiat Team youth.
Camp Nurse
Camp Nurses are part of a team of 3-5 other volunteer nurses during Camp Summit. The nursing team will provide general first aid, help youth through illnesses, injuries, homesickness, and helps chaperones with medications and medical emergencies as needed.
Lead Nurse
Lead Nurse will use their experience to lead a group of 5 volunteer camp nurses during Camp Summit. The nursing team will provide general first aid, help youth through illness, injuries, homesickness, and helps chaperones with medications and medical emergencies.
Dream Team Support
Provide high school students guidance and supervision through the duration of camp. Dream Team leaders will expose students to the importance of a life built upon prayer through teaching about and engaging in various forms of prayer.
Dream Team Coordinator
Provide high school students guidance and supervision through the duration of camp. Dream Team leaders will expose students to the importance of a life built upon prayer through teaching about and engaging in various forms of prayer. This role coordinates and leads the Dream Team Support Team.
Admin Coordinator
Works with the Camp Director to provide registration for Camp Summit. Works with Marketing and Merchandise Lead in developing marketing materials and ordering Merchandise. Help with compiling final registration, housing, and other administrative needs prior to Camp Summit.
Maintenance Lead
Help maintain the set-up, organization, and cleanliness of the auditorium, dorm building, and Eagle Bluff grounds during camp. Connect with Eagle Bluff about any maintenance, cleaning, or supply issues.
Marketing/Merchandise
Utilize your creativity and design experience to create promotional pieces for camp including posters and advertisements. Design printable pieces for camp including booklets and signage and design and order camp items and merchandise. The majority of tasks will be completed before camp.
Camp Photo/Video
Photographers and videographers work to capture the spirit of Camp Summit through pictures and videos to be used for promotional material, videos, website, slideshows, and to share with families after camp.
Environment Coordinator
Create an environment at Camp that appropriately fits the theme. Work with Maintenance Lead and Stage Crew in setting up the auditorium for Camp. Work with Band Members to make sure they are set up properly and have music slides prepared.
Band Member
Band members will execute all live music needs during the weekend and week of Camp Summit, including, but not limited to, daily Mass and two nights of Adoration.
Stage and Crew
Assist with the set-up, running and maintenance of all audio, visual, and environmental needs at camp. Including but limited to helping with band set-up and sound checks, creating and running lyric slideshows, creating playlists and setting up sound, lighting, and stage.
